🔁 100% Job Guarantee – Refund Policy

We offer a full refund under the following terms:

✅ Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund under our 100% Job Guarantee, you must:

  1. Complete the Entire Program

    • Attend all live mentorship sessions

    • Complete assigned exercises and projects, including the “Project Goldmine”

    • Submit your updated resume and LinkedIn profile as guided

    • Participate in at least 3 mock interviews

  2. Actively Apply for Roles

    • Apply to a minimum of 30 relevant Business Analyst roles

    • Attend interviews when scheduled

    • Document applications and recruiter interactions as proof of effort

  3. Request Refund within 120 Days

    • If you don’t land any Business Analyst offer within 120 days of completing the program, you are eligible to request a refund.

  4. Submit Your Request in Writing

    • Send a refund request to support@mad4api.com with documentation of participation and job search efforts.

❌ Ineligibility for Refund

We cannot offer a refund if:

  • You voluntarily drop out or do not complete the program

  • You miss scheduled sessions or fail to submit assignments

  • You do not follow job search guidance or apply for roles as advised

  • You receive an offer but choose not to accept it

  • You request a refund beyond the 120-day window from program completion

🎯 Strategy Call Refunds (₹99)

The ₹99 strategy call fee is non-refundable, as it reserves a limited 1:1 time slot with a mentor and delivers actionable insights, even if you do not enroll.
